We accept both the classic 'swipe to spend' One4all Gift Cards and the newer 'chip & pin' One4all Gift Cards as a payment option on our stores online checkout.
Please note: there is an online transaction limit of €50 when spending your classic 'swipe to spend' One4all Gift Card online at any online store due to EU's 5AMLD regulations. However the good news is there is no online transaction limit when using your 'chip & pin' One4all Gift Card meaning you can spend as much as want subject to the balance on the card.

Remember, use your One4all Gift Card as a prepaid Visa Card, do not choose 'Gift Voucher' or 'Gift Card' at checkout. Also please keep your One4all Gift Card in case of returns or refunds which will be refunded back to the original card. Also please ensure that you have sufficient balance on your One4all card to cover the order amount, as we currently don't have the facility to use 2 cards for the one transaction at checkout. Please retain your one4all Gift Card as all refunds will be returns to this card. To return an item simply follow our returns procedure as normal, once the return has been received and reviewed your refund will be issued to the One4all Gift Card used to make your purchase. The refund may take up to 7 working days to be returned to your card.

Unfortunately as the One4all acts as a Visa Debit card, you cannot combine multiple cards for a single online purchase on our store. However if you have multiple items in your cart perhaps you can split the purchase into separate, should you lose your free shipping discount by doing this please contact our customer service team to get a discount code to get your free shipping back.
