This product is located in our fulfilment centre based in Marl, Germany, and most orders take 2-3 business days to process. Once they are processed, they will be shipped from our fulfilment centre within 24 hours. To ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, we use DHL Express and tracked postal parcel services. Orders to Ireland, UK and continental Europe will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Orders to the rest of the world will take 5-10 business days to arrive.

Shipping is tracked, which means you'll be able to keep up with the location of your package at all times. You will be provided with tracking information to follow the progress of your package. Your order can be tracked on its journey from our Marl, Germany warehouse direct to your door via the couriers tracking portal or your order status page.

We hope you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you're not completely happy with this product when it arrives, you can return it to us up to 14 days after the delivery date.

Before returning the product please contact our customer service team who will advise you how next to proceed. Once you have initiated the return with our team, simply return the item to us in its original packaging, with barcode tags attached and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of your item. The product must be returned to us undamaged, unworn and in the same state it was sold to you.

We offer a free drop off parcel returns service to Irish based customers via DPD's Drop Off Points and most EU based customers via UPS Access Points. If you can't avail of our free drop off returns service you must return the item via a tracked courier service (not postal) at your own expense. Customers outside the above listed countries must return items at their own expense.
