Yoycol produces produces this product for Moon Behind the Hill on-demand, so it can take some time to process your order. But we promise it's worth the wait!

Once you place your order, we send the order confirmation. Then the product goes into production and is made just for you at Yoycol's production centre in Hangzhou, China. Production times can take anywhere from two to five business days during normal operating conditions, but it might take longer if we are experiencing high volumes of orders. Please note production is suspended during the period of the Chinese New Year Festival, therefore there could be a significant delay in production times during this period.

Once the product is produced, we pack it up and ship it straight to your door from the production centre in China. To ensure that your order arrives as safely as possible, we use a tracked parcel services. Orders to Ireland, UK, Continental Europe, Australia and USA will take 10-20 business days to arrive. Orders to the rest of the world will take 10-35 business days to arrive.

Shipping is by tracked courier service, which means you'll be able to keep up with the location of your package at all times. You will be provided with tracking information to follow the progress of your package. Your order can be tracked from our Hangzhou, China fulfilment centre to your door via the couriers tracking portal or your order status page.
