This product is located in and will be shipped direct to you from our fulfilment centre based in Milan, Italy. Most orders are processed and packed for shipping within 2 business days, however during busier times such as Black Friday and Christmas processing times may be a little longer. Once the order is processed it is normally picked up by our shipping partners within 1 business day.

To ensure that your order arrives as quickly as possible, we will chose one of our shipping partners (UPS, DHL, FedEx or a registered postal parcel service) to transport and deliver the item direct to your door. Shipping to Ireland, UK and continental Europe will take at least 3-5 business days to arrive. Shipping to the rest of the world will take at least 5-7 business days to arrive.

Shipping is tracked, which means you'll be able to keep up with the location of your package at all times. You will be provided with tracking information to follow the progress of your package. Your order can be tracked on its journey from our Milan, Italy warehouse direct to your door via the couriers tracking portal or on your order status page.

Return Instructions

We're so sorry, but unfortunately this item does not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We normally don't accept returns on underwear, tights or earrings, this is for hygiene reasons. However if your product arrives defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong one, please get in touch with us at hello@moonbehindthehill.ie and we'll gladly help you out with an exchange or refund!
