    We produce this product on-demand, so it can take some time to process your order. But we promise it's worth the wait!

    Once you place your order, we send the order confirmation. Then the product goes into production and is made just for you at our production centre in Paris, France. Production times can take anywhere from two to five business days during normal operating conditions, but it might take longer if we are experiencing high volumes of orders or delays with shipping.

    Once the product is produced, we pack it up and ship it straight to your door from our Parisian production centre within 1 business day. To ensure that your order arrives as safely as possible, we use registered postal parcel services. Orders to Ireland, UK and continental Europe will take at least 5-7 business days to arrive. Orders to the rest of the world will take at least 7-12 business days to arrive.

    Shipping is by tracked postal parcel service, which means you'll be able to keep up with the location of your package at all times. You will be provided with tracking information to follow the progress of your package. Your order can be tracked from our Paris, France fulfilment centre to your door via the postal service tracking portal or your order status page.
