Return Instructions

Once you have initiated the return with our team, simply return the item to us in its original packaging, with barcode tags attached and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of your item. If you can't avail of our free drop off returns service you must return the item via a tracked courier service (not postal) at your own expense.
