Return Instructions

Once you have initiated the return with our team, simply return the item to us in its original packaging, with barcode tags attached and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of your item. The product must be returned to us undamaged, unworn and in the same state it was sold to you.

We offer a free drop off parcel returns service to Irish based customers via DPD's Drop Off Points and most EU based customers via UPS Access Points. If you can't avail of our free drop off returns service you must return the item via a tracked courier service (not postal) at your own expense.
